Eric Schmidt (CEO of Google) announced that NFC will be a part of the next version of the Android operating system. This is great news as NFC can be used to collect a coffee stamp or pay for a coffee just by tapping your phone at the cash register. We are very excited by the opportunities that are going to be opened up by this technology.
